Our primary focus has been on salvaging and repurposing reclaimed wood, which has been a popular choice among designers and homeowners alike. However, with the advent of modern technology, we have been able to take our designs to the next level with the use of CNC machines.
At Two Birds, we brought in a CNC machine almost two years ago now. For those of you that are not familiar with CNC machines, or Computer Numerical Control machines, have revolutionized the way we work with wood. These machines use computer-controlled routers to cut and carve designs into wood with incredible precision, allowing us to create intricate and complex designs that would be impossible by hand. We are now able to incorporate modern elements and customization into our products, taking our designs to a whole new level.
One of the design options that CNC machines offer is the ability to create intricate and precise geometric patterns. These patterns can be used to create stunning wall panels, decorative screens, and even furniture pieces. With the use of CNC machines, we are able to create these patterns quickly and accurately, allowing us to produce high-quality pieces with minimal waste.
Overall, the use of CNC machines has allowed us to take our designs to a whole new level. We are now able to create intricate and complex designs that were previously impossible by hand, incorporating modern elements and customization to our reclaimed wood products. At Two Birds Inc., we are always looking for ways to innovate and create new designs, and CNC technology has allowed us to do just that. We are excited to see what the future holds for this technology and the endless possibilities it brings to the world of design.
